For SheBytes, we added our twist to the TASK concept of collaborative, improvisational art making. About 30 participants worked together to create one piece instead of many. The piece also incorporated elements of street theater and integrated the use of social media. The picture on the left is of the facebook live feed which we broadcast onto the wall outside the Refinery. The video had almost 8K hits and over 2300 views. This was a piece about communication and the dissemination of knowledge in today's constantly evolving globally connected digital world. Attendees were tasked with creating a Temple to the Goddess of Communication who was not at all pleased with the state of things here in the mortal realm!
